Phase 1 of the Main Square Development will consist of two, 4-story apartment buildings with below-grade parking. Fittingly named “The Landmark” and “The Cornerstone”, both buildings will include beautifully landscaped exteriors, heated entry sidewalks to prevent icing during the winter, secured entries, common area security cameras, and package delivery holding areas. The Cornerstone at Main Square, located on the corner of Main and 4th, will feature 15,000 square feet of retail/office space at street level and a total of 31, one and two bedroom Market-Rate Apartments on the second, third and fourth floors. These market-rate apartments will also offer extremely high quality living space at an affordable price. In addition to the common amenities shared with the Landmark apartments, The Cornerstone will feature its own secured entrances, mail and package area, party/meeting room, and access to the fitness center in The Landmark building with a tenant membership.
